The person claimed to be Joe an IT tech for Windows operating system and that my computer had a virus....sounded quite fishy and I doubt that Windows will actually call every pc user of windows !

Recieved the callfrom a person with whom I am engaged in a legal matter. The caller is in mexico and it was very missleading to receive the call from Toronto. made me nervous

Do not call me anymore. I am on do not call registry. This is my cell phone and I am not paying for calls for you to try to sell me something. These calls are several times a day...uncalled for annoyance

called my cell phone. I did not answer and did not leave a message.

Just called BofA and they gave me this number, but just transferred me to it.

He called my cell said he was a lawyer and that I should get a lawyer. He told me that i had been given a loan from cash america and never made a payment.So I was being going to be charged with 3 felonies. And so i was being sued for the money. Their would be a warrant for my arrest, and to be bailed out it would cost me in excess of $8000.00 (Can't remember the exact amount) Had my Bank Account Number, Social, that I was Disabled, my address.

they were asking about the parents to see if they wouldn't be there or if they were!?

Don't know who & why they are calling me.

This person called threatening I would be arrested and charged with three federal offenses for not paying back a pay day loan I took out 6 months ago. Spoke very little English and when I tried to call them back I was unable to get through it always rang busy. He called again and when I questioned the phone number he said they were having technical difficulties
